Laser Gas-related Spontaneous Mine Combustion Monitoring Solution
KJ428 Distributed Laser Fire Monitoring System for Coal Mines, other than traditional tube bundle monitoring system, is a set of specialized spontaneous combustion analysis and pre-warning system that monitors characteristic gases (CO, CO2, CH4, O2, C2H4, C2H2) and temperatures in underground enclosed areas, goafs and spaces prone to spontaneous combustion in real time relying on the laser gas detection technology and distributed optical fiber temperature sensors. The fire warning model is based on the big data analysis technology. It can effectively sense fire risks and give early warnings, automatically respond to abnormalities, and do troubleshooting relying on in-depth analysis of fire coefficients, multi-parameter cross-validation, fire risk trends, the "three-zone" division of goafs, and other fire conditions and equipment faults. It can also work with the nitrogen injection system to achieve intelligent fire prevention and control, promoting the development of smart mines.
The system is composed of a distributed laser fire monitoring host, the optical fiber temperature measuring control cabinet, power control cabinet, gas sampling pump, etc. The system has passed the safety certification as a coal mining product as a whole, and all its components have been approved with the coal mine safety mark and explosion-proof certificate separately.
