Product description
Designed and manufactured according to General Technical Requirements for the Verification Device of Dust Sampler (MT 502-1996) and Verification Regulation of Dust Sampler Verification Device (JJG (Coal) 07-1996), the JFC-II dust sampler verification device is used to verify dust sampler sampling flow and error, flow stability, flowmeter accuracy, continuous working time, load capacity (or suction negative pressure), sampling head air tightness and other major technical indicators. Equipped with special upper computer software, it can be used for automatic calibration and data collection and storage, as well as automatic preparation, printing, inquiry and reference of original records and verification reports. The format of the verification report conforms to the requirements of Verification Regulation of Dust Sampler (JJG520-2005). And it has the function of manual verification.
The device can be used for dust sampler manufacturers, metrological verification departments, factories and mining enterprises to verify the newly made, used and repaired dust samplers, with the advantages of automatic verification, compact structure, stable flow and easy operation.
