Application area
The CGWZ-100 (A) Pipeline Gas Comprehensive Parameter Tester is specially used for on-line monitoring of gas concentration, flow, pressure and temperature parameters in mine gas drainage pipelines, providing reliable monitoring data for evaluating the effect of coal mine gas drainage and preventing the occurrence of coal mine gas outburst, explosion and other malignant accidents.
Equipment composition
The pipeline gas comprehensive parameter tester is composed of the main unit, flow sensor, concentration sensor, pressure sensor and temperature sensor.
Feature
It can be used for precise monitoring of pipeline gas concentration, flow, pressure, temperature and other comprehensive parameters; with high measuring accuracy, it can be used for continuous monitoring of comprehensive parameters of gas drainage in dangerous situations; it is easy to use, and reacts quickly, with stable and accurate readings.
Advanced technology
◎ t uses the circulating self-excited flow detection technology, with wide range and lower limit of measurement, and can provide accurate measurement data even at a flow rate as low as 1m/s.
◎ The flowmeter has no resistance, and overcomes the disadvantages of precession vortex flowmeters and V-cone flowmeters, such as high pressure loss, installation inconvenience and impossible calibration.
◎ The flowmeter can be calibrated in the wind tunnel for timely detection of problems.
◎ Plug-in installation mode is adopted. It can be installed by making a small hole in the drainage pipeline.
