Product introduction

Due to the effect of gravity, in the landing process of coal to the transportation belt through coal chute, big amount of induced air generated in this process will carry massive dust while the corresponding diffusion outwards will produce a great deal of dust sources through coal chute and gaps of its own.

Due to the effect of gravity, in the landing process of coal to the feed inlet, actions of the plough device will produce a large amount of dust in the feed inlet, and generous dust sources caused by warehouse knocking will be also diffused outwards into the space.

Secondary dust pollution will be caused in the return section of no-loading transportation belt due to the vibration of the belt. After overall consideration on features of dust generation in coal bunker, a dust integrated treatment approach is formed, which combines various of ways including dust control including negative pressure air return induction device, the return belt self-cleaning device and sealed high pressure duct removing device, combined with the specific circumstances and with the adopting of the dust reduction principle of gas-liquid mixing or high pressure curtain.
